The Belleman’s Church Women meet monthly during the fall, winter and spring months to plan various special programs for the church. Every November is the Thank Offering Sunday sponsored by the women. This involves organizing a special presenter for the day and helping to read the lessons in the service. Come Spring, the ladies organize a special reception consisting of snacks following the Confirmation Sunday Service. And, in true Belleman’s form, food is involved in every meeting, including their picnic meeting to wrap up each year for the Summer. This fellowship opportunity has become a special part of Belleman’s.
Boy Scout Troop 154
We are committed to reaching out to our community and the world with Christ’s love in many ways. Our Mission Team is one of those ways. Each year we have up to three mission trips traveling to different parts of the United States to help in rebuilding communities. In the past we have journeyed to The Navajo Lutheran Mission in Arizona; David, Kentucky; New Orleans; Biloxi and Ocean Springs, Mississippi; Greensburg, Kansas; Terre Haute, Indiana; Nashville and Waverly, Tennessee; Lewes, Delaware; and Staten Island, New York. We believe it is important for all Christians to touch others with the Love of God.
